Job summary

Beacon Lighting Pty Ltd in Brisbane is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our NEW Everton Park store, opening in December. This full-time role partners with the Store Manager to drive sales, lead the team and deliver exceptional customer experiences at a premier lighting retailer.

You will grow sales across retail, trade and design, coach staff, manage store operations and maintain visually compelling merchandising while ensuring a safe, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in retail preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to coach and develop a team.
