Bras N Things Canberra Centre is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to join our team. You will lead a team to deliver inclusive, positive customer experiences and support store budgets and KPIs.

This is a full-time role (38 hours per week) reporting to the Store Manager. You will assist with training, coaching, and visual merchandising, and help manage stock processing and deliveries as part of daily store operations.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

About The Role

We are looking for a motivated Assistant Store Manager to join the team at our Bras N Things Canberra Centre store.

This is a full-time position at 38 hours per week.

• Support the delivery of inclusive, positive, and respectful customer experiences
• Assist with training, coaching, and development to help the team achieve store budgets and KPIs
• Support the setup and maintenance of in-store displays in line with visual merchandising (VM) guidelines
• Assist with stock processing and deliveries as part of day-to-day store operations
• Collaborate with the Store Manager and wider team on operational and additional tasks as required
