Adairs Bondi Junction Store of the Future is seeking an ambitious Assistant Store Manager to lead a high-performing team, drive sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a flagship NSW location. You will play a key role in building capability, fostering a positive culture and contributing to the store's ongoing success.

About the Role

Working closely with the Store Manager, you'll help lead a high-performing team, drive store results and create exceptional customer experiences every day. You'll play a key role in building team capability, fostering a positive culture and contributing to the ongoing success of one of Adairs' most exciting store formats.
