Job summary

Dusk in Blacktown is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager with warmth, energy and intention. You’ll coach your team, create standout displays and bring the dusk brand to life through genuine customer connection.

This 12-month fixed term role focuses on sales, service and presentation, with a monthly bonus program and coaching to help you grow, all while delivering a welcoming store experience for customers and staff.

Role Overview

As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll support the Store Manager to lead your team with warmth, energy and intention. Whether you’re coaching in the moment, creating standout visual displays or bringing the brand to life through genuine customer connection - you’ll help shape a store experience that stays with people long after they leave.

This is a 12-month fixed term parental leave cover.
