Job summary

dusk Casuarina is seeking an Assistant Store Manager who will support the Store Manager with warmth, energy and intention to lead the team. You’ll coach, mentor and connect with customers, shaping a welcoming store experience that stays with people long after they leave.

You’ll drive day‑to‑day operations, motivate your team and deliver standout visuals and service, while aligning with dusk values. A flexible roster including evenings and weekends is expected.
