dusk West Lakes in West Lakes, SA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead the team with warmth, energy and intention, coaching in the moment and bringing the brand to life through genuine customer connection.

You will shape a store experience that stays with people long after they leave, support the Store Manager, drive sales and presentation, and foster a culture of warmth, collaboration and growth across evenings and weekends.

As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll support the Store Manager to lead your team with warmth, energy and intention. Whether you’re coaching in the moment, creating standout visual displays or bringing the brand to life through genuine customer connection - you’ll help shape a store experience that stays with people long after they leave.
