Lorna Jane in Homebush is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to work alongside the Store Manager to drive sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will step up to lead the store in the Store Leader's absence, setting you on a clear pathway to Store Leader.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Lead the store in the Store Leader's absence.
• Coach and motivate team members on the floor for outstanding customer service.
• Help train new team members and contribute to team development.
• Maintain brand standards through visual merchandising, stock management, and store presentation.
• Assist with day-to-day operations, including rosters, stock processes, and opening and closing.

The Opportunity

As Assistant Store Manager, you'll work alongside the Store Manager to drive sales, inspire the team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You'll step up to lead the store in the Store Leader's absence, making this the perfect role for someone ready to grow into store leadership.

What you'll be doing

• Supporting the Store Manager to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Leading the store with confidence when the Store Leader is away
