STRAND is seeking a Store Manager who will inspire and develop a high‑performing team to deliver outstanding customer experiences. You’ll own the store’s commercial results, turn ambition into action and foster a culture where colleagues feel valued, empowered and motivated to grow.

In this hands-on leadership role you’ll coach staff, drive sales, manage stock, build rosters, ensure safety, and bring our brand values to life every day.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a team with accountability for results in retail.
• Passion for coaching and developing people.
• Customer-focused with a track record of meeting KPIs.
• Comfortable taking ownership of store decisions.
• Strong commercial acumen and stock management knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Coach your team to be confident and proud Strand product experts
• Drive sales and meet KPI targets through commercial thinking and hands‑on leadership
• Deliver to our storestandards across all touchpoints
• Manage stock control, inventory accuracy, and loss prevention
• Build effective rosters that deliver for both our customer and commercial targets
• Know your numbers to drive your results
• Maintain compliance across all safety standards to protect your team and customer
