Assembly Label in Manly is seeking an Assistant Business Manager to join our boutique. You’ll partner with the Boutique Manager to shape the daily rhythm, lead with calm intention, coach your team to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and ensure every detail reflects the Assembly Label brand.

This is a full-time role requiring flexible availability across weekdays, weekends and key retail trade periods.

We are searching for an Assistant Business Manager to join our Manly boutique, a confident, grounded leader who connects deeply with people, product, and purpose.

In this role, you’ll partner closely with the Boutique Manager to shape the daily rhythm of the store, leading with calm intention, coaching your team to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and ensuring every detail reflects the Assembly Label brand.

You’ll balance operational excellence with thoughtful leadership, bringing clarity, discipline, and care to every moment on the floor.
