Job summary

Assembly Label is looking for a Retail Business Manager to lead our Bondi store. You will energise the team, deliver outstanding guest connections, and uphold our brand standards with calm confidence.

As a full-time leadership role, you will drive weekly and seasonal sales targets while maintaining store presentation and collaboration across departments to ensure data integrity and loss prevention aligned with business goals.

• Collaborating with National Retail Manager, State Manager and Retail Business Managers to ensure data integrity and loss prevention aligned with targets.
• Provide consistent training and development for all staff while creating a positive and engaging store culture.
• Nurture internal relationships with other departments and stakeholders of the business.
• Maintaining the highest level of personal and store presentation standards.
• Seasonally engage with Operations and Design teams ensuring understanding of product range in store.

Your Role

We are searching for an experienced Retail Business Manager (Store Manager) to lead our Bondi store.

As a key brand ambassador, you'll bring the Assembly Label experience to life through thoughtful leadership, calm intention, and a focus on both commercial and cultural outcomes. You'll guide your team to deliver meaningful guest connections, uphold operational excellence, and create a space that embodies our brand's simplicity and ease.

This is a full-time leadership role, requiring flexibility across weekdays, weekends and key retail trade periods.

Key Responsibilities
