Job summary

Stratco (Australia) Pty Limited in Goolwa is seeking a hands-on Assistant Store Manager to lead the team and deliver outstanding customer experiences for both retail and trade customers.

You will coach team members, assist with rostering and training, and support day-to-day store operations while driving safety and performance, on a busy, hands-on retail floor.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team coaching skills.
• Excellent communication across in-person, phone and email.
• Background in retail or trade-focused sales is advantageous.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Store Manager, you'll play a key leadership role within our Goolwa store and become a trusted point of contact for both retail and trade customers. As Assistant Store Manager, you'll help drive day-to-day operations, support and develop team members, and ensure every customer walks away with an outstanding experience.

You'll balance leadership, sales, customer service, and operational excellence while helping maintain a store environment that's productive, welcoming, and results focused.
