Job summary

TJX Australia (TK Maxx) Pty Ltd is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead day-to-day store operations, drive sales, and deliver outstanding customer experiences across our Gold Coast area.

You’ll coach a team, manage merchandising and stock, and collaborate with store leadership to achieve performance targets, while embracing our fast-paced, ever-changing retail environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail management.
• Ability to coach and develop others.
• Strong merchandising and visual storytelling.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
