Beacon Lighting is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Melrose Park store in SA. This full-time role partners with the Store Manager to inspire the team, grow sales, and deliver outstanding customer experiences, with every second weekend off.

Qualifications

• Experience thriving in a retail, sales or customer-focused environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to bring out the best in people.
• Positive attitude, curiosity and willingness to learn.
• Able to stay calm under pressure and balance priorities while maintaining details.
• Takes ownership, solves problems and seeks continuous improvement.
• Current driver’s licence and hands-on approach when needed.
