Job summary

Beacon Lighting in Jandakot, WA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager, inspire the team, grow sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a full-time role at our Jandakot store.

You'll be part of a team focused on success, with opportunities for career growth, Bright Start induction, and pathways to Accredited Lighting Consultant, while enjoying benefits and a supportive culture that puts people first.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-focused environment.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.
• Positive attitude with curiosity and willingness to learn.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and balance priorities.
• Hold a current driver’s license and be hands-on when needed.
