Job summary

Daisy & Hen in Marion, SA, is looking for our first Marion - Full Time Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager as we grow our community.

The role focuses on delivering exceptional in-store experiences, visual merchandising, product knowledge, and coaching the team, with flexible hours and Sundays/Mondays on roster.

We are excited to be looking for our first ever Marion - Full Time Assistant Store Manager

A role that has been created to support our Store Manager, as we continue to grow our Marion community.

Hours and shifts are somewhat negotiable for the right candidate. Work-life balance matters to us, and we understand the importance of flexibility. We are advertising this as a full time role, but can be flexible with hours between 34 and 38 and ideally each Sunday & Monday will be required as part of this Assistant Manager roster.

Your days in store will include:

Creating joy for our community and customers through incredible customer experiences.

Keeping high levels of in store Visual Merchandising & store presentation.

Maintaining expert level knowledge and enthusiasm for our industry, products and our brands.

Supporting the Store Manager to set the standard for customer experience, achieve store sales targets and other deliverables, coach and develop our team, manage our stock and just generally keep thingsrunning smoothly.
