Job summary

PVH Corp. is seeking a full-time Assistant Store Manager to join the TOMMY HILFIGER team at JINDALEE DFO, QLD 4074.

You will lead a small team, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive store sales through coaching, planning and visual presentation. The ideal candidate has supervisory experience in retail apparel, strong communication, the ability to recruit and motivate staff, stock control and KPI delivery, plus a polished appearance.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory/management experience in customer service or retail apparel.
• Experience achieving KPI targets including sales and wage budgets, UPT and conversion.
• Excellent communication and people management skills with ability to recruit and motivate a team.
• Strong attention to detail with stock management and visual merchandising experience.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to identify growth opportunities.
• Vibrant, energetic and authentic with a positive attitude; impeccable grooming.

We are looking for a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join our TOMMY HILFIGER team at JINDALEE DFO, QLD 4074.

About You

• Previous supervisory and/or management experience in the customer service or retail apparel industry
• Experience in achieving KPI’s including sales and wage budgets, UPT, conversion rate, average $, shrinkage and mystery shops
• Excellent communication skills and extensive people management skills with the confidence to recruit, mentor and motivate a team
• Strong attention to detail and experience in stock management and visual merchandising
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities
• Vibrant, energetic and authentic with a positive attitude
• Impeccable grooming and personal presentation
