The Role
We are looking for a passionate and hands-onAssistant Store Manager to support our much-loved Vinnies shop in Biloela!
This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. Working alongside the Retail Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day success of the store, helping to lead a passionate team of volunteers, creating an inviting shopping experience for customers, and ensuring the store looks its best every day.
We're looking for someone who is proactive, enjoys working with people, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. If you have a passion for customer service, visual merchandising, sustainable shopping, and community impact, we'd love to hear from you. As this is a hands-on retail role, manual handling and staying active throughout the day will form part of the position.
We're currently recruiting for a Permanent Part-time positions (19 hours per week) or Full-Time opportunities available located in Biloela.
