Job summary

Trinity Grammar School is seeking an outstanding Assistant Sportsmaster to lead and oversee our extensive co-curricular sports program. The role operates Tue–Sat during term, offering flexibility and leadership opportunities to shape student development through sport.

You will work with Directors of Sport and the Sportsmaster to ensure program quality, safety and inclusive participation across the Secondary School, with a focus on wellbeing and excellence.

Trinity Grammar School is seeking an outstanding Assistant Sportsmaster to help lead and oversee our extensive co-curricular sports program.

The position operates on a Tuesday to Saturday work week during the School terms and adjusted to suit both parties during the term breaks, providing greater flexibility for personal and family commitments while aligning with the rhythm of school sport and weekend competition.

Working closely with the Sportsmaster and Director of Co-curricular, you will provide leadership across the Secondary School sport program, support Directors and Coordinators of Sport, oversee program quality and readiness, and help ensure that Trinity's sporting culture continues to thrive.

Requirements

The successful applicant will:

• Qualifications in Sports Management or comparable, related experience
• Hold a current Working With Children Check
• Hold a valid Driver’s Licence
• Hold current First Aid and CPR qualifications or be willing to obtain them
• Be available to work Tuesday through Saturday each week, during term time.
• Be available to support occasional after-hours events
