Job summary

Fawkes & Reece Group in Brighton is seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager on a freelance basis to support the Site Manager and Project Manager on a busy residential development. You will take plots from 1st fix to handover, overseeing progress on site.

The ideal candidate will have prior Assistant Site Manager experience with a developer, a solid understanding of the build process, and a proven ability to coordinate multiple trades while maintaining HSE standards and quality control.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Assistant Site Manager with a developer.
• Strong knowledge of the build process from 1st fix to handover.
• Proven ability to manage multiple trades on a fast-paced site.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing plots from 1st fix through to completion.
• Supporting the Site Manager with daily operations on site.
• Coordinating trades and subcontractors to ensure works are delivered on time and to standard.
• Ensuring H&S compliance across the site.

We are currently looking for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join a developer on a busy residential development in Brighton . This is a freelance position.

The Assistant Site Manager will be supporting the Site Manager and Project Manager on site and taking plots from 1st fix to completion.
