Job summary

Fawkes & Reece Group in Brighton is seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join a developer on a busy residential project. This is a freelance position on site.

The role supports the Site Manager and Project Manager, taking plots from 1st fix to completion and coordinating trades to deliver high-quality results while maintaining H&S and snagging processes.

Candidates should have CSCS, SMSTS and 1st Aid and show ability to manage multiple trades on a fast-paced site.

Qualifications

• Experience as Assistant Site Manager with a developer.
• Strong knowledge of the build process from 1st fix to handover.
• Proven ability to manage multiple trades on a fast paced site.
• Valid CSCS, SMSTS and 1st Aid.
