Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager in Victoria to support the Restaurant Manager with day-to-day operations and guide the team through busy service periods. You will spearhead crew training, elevate the guest experience, and contribute to inventory and finances.
