Zeus Street Greek in Sydney is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in leading day-to-day operations and guiding the team through fast-paced service periods.

You will help drive team performance, champion exceptional guest experiences, and support the management of labour, inventory and store finances, all while bringing lightning bolt energy to every shift.
