Zeus Street Greek in Melbourne is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager, lead day-to-day operations, and guide the team through busy service periods.

You will help drive guest experiences, manage labour, inventory and store finances, and bring the lightning bolt energy that keeps Zeus Street Greek unforgettable.
