Job summary

Zeus Street Greek is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager in Australia to support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations and to guide the team through busy service periods. You will help drive team performance, champion guest experiences, and assist in managing labour, inventory and store finances with energy and a customer-first mindset.
