Job summary

Zeus Street Greek in Port Macquarie is seeking a Restaurant Manager to take full ownership of the restaurant, delivering exceptional food, service and team culture with lightning bolt energy.

You will inspire leadership, drive performance through people, and manage the P&L while upholding the highest standards of quality and safety in a fast-paced environment.

• Demonstrated leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen with ability to identify sales and P&L opportunities.
• Proven track record of achieving and driving KPIs.
