The role involves overseeing reservations, rostering, stock, and safety/compliance, and supporting wine list curation. Growth opportunities exist within the Love Tilly Group family.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create memorable guest experiences; be the friendly face and calm problem-solver.
• Support wine list curation with the beverage team.
• Manage reservations and rostering to fit budgets and staffing needs.
• Oversee venue operations, opening/closing, and service readiness.
• Lead, train and motivate staff; conduct regular performance reviews.
• Control stock and contribute to achieving budget goals.
• Ensure safety and compliance in all operations.
