As our Assistant Restaurant Manager, you'll work closely with our senior team to lead and mentor. You’ll help set the tone for unforgettable guest experiences and foster a team culture that’s warm, professional, and full of life.
Creating Amazing Guest Experiences: You’ll be the friendly face, the calm problem-solver, and the person who ensures every interaction is warm, genuine, and memorable.
Wine list: Support the curation of a wine list that is appropriate to the character of the venue, with support from the beverage team.
Reservations & Rostering: Manage reservations using the OpenTable platform ensuring that guests are allocated to the most appropriate spaces, writing rosters to budgets set, and manage daily staffing levels, and adapt to projected patronage for seamless service.
Venue Operations: Oversee opening and closing procedures, manage venue presentation, and ensure menus service-ready as part of the management team.
Leadership & Team Development: Train, mentor, and motivate staff to perform at their best. Conducting regular performance reviews by providing valuable feedback, and foster a positive team culture.
Stock & Financial Management: Maintain stock control, and contribute to achieving budget goals while driving sales and enhancing the guest experience.
Safety & Compliance: Adhere to workplace health and safety standards, ensuring a safe environment for staff and guests.
Someone with solid experience in hospitality management, or a confident Supervisor ready to take the next step.
A natural leader who brings energy, warmth, and integrity to every shift.
Strong organisational skills and a knack for problem-solving on the fly.
Excellent communication skills and a love for creating meaningful connections with both guests and team members.
