Job summary

Zeus Street Greek in Gosford is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in day-to-day operations and guide the team through busy service periods.

You’ll drive guest experiences, help manage labour, inventory and store finances, and bring bold energy to every shift. Leadership, KPI focus and a passion for people and food are essential.
