Zeus Street Greek in Australia invites an ambitious Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in day-to-day operations, lead a fast-paced service, and mentor the team with the lightning bolt energy that defines our brand.

You will drive guest experiences, help manage labour, inventory and store finances, and push for strong KPIs while growing your leadership career toward head office opportunities.
