Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen in Australia is hiring an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily restaurant operations and lead the team through busy service periods.

You'll focus on guest experience, training crew, and assisting with inventory and financial management, while upholding our values and delivering consistent, high-quality Mexican fast-food across the country.

Job Description

As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you’ll be responsible for supporting the daily management of the restaurant. You will be leading the team through busy service periods, crew training, proactively improving guest experience, and supporting inventory and financial management as required.
