Job summary

Eagles Engineers, in Melbourne, is seeking an emerging project professional to gain exposure to the full project lifecycle while supporting the delivery of a major project package. You will work with an experienced Project Manager to coordinate design, procurement, contracts, project controls, and construction activities to keep delivery on track from planning through to completion.

You will interact with stakeholders across the project and contribute to safe, efficient, and high-quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 4+ years' experience in project delivery, contract administration, or package/construction coordination.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in developing and maintaining the package delivery plan, including scope, schedule, and budget.
• Assist in preparing package status reports for internal leadership and client stakeholders.
• Support preparation of scopes of work, tender packages, and requests for quotation for subcontractors/suppliers.
• Coordinate technical queries and design clarifications between the client, design team, and construction/delivery teams.
• Assist in coordinating site inspections, walkdowns, and progress verification where required.
• Support close-out activities including as-built documentation, punch lists, and handover packages.
• Liaise with client representatives, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve day-to-day package issues.

About this role
