• Gathering and analysing data from various sources to develop accurate take offs and cost breakdowns
• Collaborating with project managers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure estimates are aligned with project requirements
• Maintaining detailed records and documentation throughout the estimating process
• Supporting the senior estimator with administrative tasks and other duties as required
• Negotiating rates with suppliers and canvasing for new contractors
• Managing the preparation and administration of contracts for trades, subcontractors, and suppliers

About you
