Broadford Secondary College invites applications for a Principal/Assistant Principal to lead strategic school improvement and curriculum delivery. The role oversees budgets, staffing, and teaching programs, promoting high expectations and inclusive practice across the college in partnership with the Principal Team.

You will drive professional learning, coach staff, and engage families and the wider community to improve student outcomes within the Department of Education framework.

• Experience leading whole-school improvement through data-informed practices.
• Proven ability to implement educational change and build staff capability.
• Strong interpersonal skills with families and the community.

Responsabilités

• Lead school-wide programs and strategic planning aligned with policy.
• Manage budgets, staffing, and resources for curriculum delivery.
• Oversee teaching programs and student outcomes across the college.
• Foster inclusive, high-expectation environments and PLCs.
• Collaborate with the Principal Team on policy and decision making.
• Support staff development and professional learning communities.
