Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Junior sub-school teams and curriculum policies.
• Support student attendance in collaboration with the Junior School Administrator.
• Build capacity of teachers within the Junior Sub-School under key frameworks.
• Provide guidance to Sub-School coordinators and classroom teachers on complex student matters.
• Collaborate with the Student Wellbeing Team to support students with programs.
• Support vulnerable students through school programs and initiatives.
• Coordinate allocation of resources and support for allocated sub-school areas.
