• Direct the management of school facilities, assets and budget within the designated area.

• Lead, motivate and evaluate facilities managers, maintenance crews and contracted trades.
• Develop, implement and audit emergency management plans and risk registers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on site usage, vendor agreements and community expectations.
