Job summary

Bupa Dental Bowral is seeking a capable Practice Support to back the Practice Manager at Bowral Medical Centre. This role is 4 days per week on a fixed-term contract ending January 2028, working in our Bowral clinic and leading in the Practice Manager's absence.

Key duties include recruitment, rostering, team performance reviews, financial oversight, and driving KPI achievement while maintaining service quality for patients. Onsite parking and a supportive team culture are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in management or GP clinic environment.
• Proficiency with Best Practice software preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Tech-savvy with ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Proactive problem-solver who initiates and completes tasks.

Responsibilities

• Work 4 days per week in Bowral clinic until January 2028.
• Support recruitment, rostering, and team performance reviews.
• Provide financial oversight and KPI coaching to the team.
• Lead in the Practice Manager's absence and manage rostering and orders.
• Contribute to change management and continuous improvement efforts.
