Job summary

Tasman Holiday Parks in Tathra seeks an Assistant Park Manager to join our growing team. You will support the Park Manager and the front-line team across reception, housekeeping and grounds, helping to deliver memorable guest experiences in a beautiful NSW location.

This full-time role requires leadership, roster planning, budget awareness and a practical, hands-on approach. You will work with regional support and a passionate, friendly team dedicated to our Tasman Promise.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading a team.
• Experience with booking systems; New Book advantageous.
• Good computer literacy and administration skills.
• Flexible to varied roster including weekends and on-call.
• Practical experience in a holiday/caravan park.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Park Manager and team across departments.
• Deliver front-line reception services for bookings and guest inquiries.
• Assist with housekeeping and grounds coordination.
• Create rosters and participate in budget management.
