Job summary

Belgravia PRO is seeking an Assistant Park Manager for Sydney Lakeside Holiday Park in North Narrabeen, NSW. The role involves guest service, office coordination, and assisting with administrative tasks, with a focus on maintaining grounds and park amenities.

You will work a 7-day roster including weekends and public holidays, and you'll operate and maintain equipment as needed, ensuring safety and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• RMS 9+ online reservation system experience or equivalent.
• Experience in similar park/hospitality roles.
• Current CPR certification.
• National Police Check clearance on onboarding.
• Working with Children Check or equivalent.
• Experience operating grounds maintenance equipment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and work with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service face to face and over the phone.
• Coordinate office management and assist with administrative tasks.
• Maintain grounds and gardens; perform park maintenance and cabin upkeep.
• Clean amenities and BBQ areas; manage rubbish removal.

The Site

Sydney Lakeside Holiday Park is proudly managed by BelgraviaPRO. Only 45 minutes from Sydney CBD, Sydney Lakeside Holiday Park boasts a fantastic location where Narrabeen Lake meets North Narrabeen surf beach.

Guests can enjoy surfing, kayaking, fishing and stand-up paddle boarding. The holiday park offers a variety of accommodation types including cabins, villas, powered and unpowered sites for caravans and tents. It also features play areas for children and several amenity blocks with bathrooms, laundry and kitchen areas.

The Role

Reporting to the Park Manager, theAssistant Park Manager's duties will include delivering exceptional service to our guests - face to face and over the phone - coordinating office management and assisting with administrative and cleaning tasks.

You will also be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the grounds and gardens of the campgrounds, amenities cleaning, BBQ's cleaning, park maintenance, rubbish removal and cabin maintenance.

We are looking for an all-rounder - You will be friendly, enthusiastic and available to work over a 7 day week roster including weekends, evenings and public holidays.

ESSENTIAL

• RMS 9+(Online Reservation System) experienceor similar
• Experience in similar roles
• Current CPR
• National Police Check clearance upon onboarding
• Working with Children's Check or equivalent
• Experience operating and maintaining equipment such as lawn mowers, edgers, sweepers, whipper snippers hedge trimmers, sprayers, and basic hand tools
• Well-developed communication and organization skills
• Demonstrated ability to interact with stakeholders in a professional manner
• Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks
• Demonstrated ability to work with limited supervision
• Manual Driver’s Licence
