Job summary

Belgravia PRO is seeking an Assistant Park Manager for Sydney Lakeside Holiday Park, NSW. The role involves guest service, office coordination and basic maintenance across grounds, gardens, amenities and cabins.

The candidate will join a 7-day roster including weekends and public holidays, with a focus on safety, compliance and responsive guest care.

Qualifications

• RMS 9+ (Online Reservation System) experience.
• Experience in similar roles at a holiday park or hospitality setting.
• Current CPR certification.
• National Police Check clearance on onboarding.
• Working with Children Check or equivalent.
• Manual Driver’s Licence.
• Well-developed communication and organization skills.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and work with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service face-to-face and over the phone.
• Coordinate office management and assist with administrative tasks.
• Assist with cleaning tasks where required.
• Maintain day-to-day grounds and gardens; park facilities and amenities.
• Clean BBQ areas, park amenities and cabins as needed.
• Handle rubbish removal and basic park maintenance.
• Manage a 7-day roster including weekends, evenings and public holidays.

An exciting opportunity for assistant management at a holiday park in NSW.

The Site

Sydney Lakeside Holiday Park is proudly managed by BelgraviaPRO. Only 45 minutes from Sydney CBD, Sydney Lakeside Holiday Park boasts a fantastic location where Narrabeen Lake meets North Narrabeen surf beach.

Guests can enjoy surfing, kayaking, fishing and stand-up paddle boarding. The holiday park offers a variety of accommodation types including cabins, villas, powered and unpowered sites for caravans and tents. It also features play areas for children and several amenity blocks with bathrooms, laundry and kitchen areas.

The Role

Reporting to the Park Manager, theAssistant Park Manager's duties will include delivering exceptional service to our guests - face to face and over the phone - coordinating office management and assisting with administrative and cleaning tasks.

You will also be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the grounds and gardens of the campgrounds, amenities cleaning, BBQ's cleaning, park maintenance, rubbish removal and cabin maintenance.

We are looking for an all-rounder - You will be friendly, enthusiastic and available to work over a 7 day week roster including weekends, evenings and public holidays.

ESSENTIAL

• RMS 9+(Online Reservation System) experienceor similar


• Experience in similar roles


• Current CPR

• Working with Children's Check or equivalent


• Experience operating and maintaining equipment such as lawn mowers, edgers, sweepers, whipper snippers hedge trimmers, sprayers, and basic hand tools

• Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks


• Demonstrated ability to work with limited supervision
