Job summary

Redland Premium Fruit in Merbein, VIC is seeking an Assistant Packshed Manager to support day-to-day warehouse and packing shed activities. Responsibilities

• Coordinate the day-to-day warehouse and pack shed operations, ensuring the smooth flow of grapes, packaging, finished product and materials.
• Assist with receiving, storage, stock movements and dispatch, maintaining accurate inventory and documentation.
• Supervise and coordinate shed workers, including inductions, training and allocation of daily workloads.
• Maintain a strong focus on workplace health & safety, food safety, quality and compliance, including PPE, traffic management and housekeeping.
• Monitor forklifts, conveyors and material-handling equipment, ensuring safe operation and promptly reporting faults or maintenance requirements.
• Work closely with the Warehouse/Shed Manager and key stakeholders to communicate priorities, resolve operational issues and support peak-season requirements.

About the role:

We're looking for an Assistant Packshed Manager to support the effective and efficient operation of our Table Grape packshed in Merbein, Vic.
