Job summary

Krispy Kreme Australia is seeking an Assistant Manufacturing Supervisor to support end-to-end production site operations. You will work with the Manufacturing Manager to ensure smooth operations, uphold high food safety and quality standards, and coach team members to succeed.

This hands-on leadership role thrives in a fast-paced environment where people, performance and production converge to deliver delicious doughnuts daily and maintain GMP/WHS adherence.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in food manufacturing or related industry.
• Ability to manage teams, production plans and budgets.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, GMP, HACCP and WHS standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Passion for customer experience and the Krispy Kreme brand.

Responsibilities

• Support the efficient execution of the daily production schedule.
• Communicate key information from support office, customers and partners with the team.
• Maintain food safety, quality, and cleanliness standards (QCPs, GMP).
• Manage order fulfilment administration and timekeeping records.
• Help manage staffing levels to balance workflow and labour budgets.
• Contribute to team communication forums (DDS, team briefings, feedback sessions).
• Support focus areas such as manufacturing efficiency, inventory and capability building.

• Action and share key communications from support office, customers, and partners with the team
• Maintain food safety, quality, and cleanliness standards (QCPs, GMP), addressing any risks promptly
• Manage order fulfilment administration (EBS) and timekeeping records
• Help manage staffing levels to balance workflow efficiency with labour budgets
• Contribute to team communication forums (DDS, team briefings, feedback sessions)
• Support key focus areas such as manufacturing efficiency, inventory, and capability building
