Krispy Kreme Australia is looking for a Processing Team Leader to guide a fast-paced doughnut production team on the shop floor. You will drive quality, efficiency and on-time output while maintaining a safe, clean production area.

You will lead by example, coach team members, and collaborate with the Manufacturing Manager to foster a positive, high-performing environment and support daily operations and continuous improvement.

Working closely with the Manufacturing Manager, you'll support daily operations, inspire Wonder, invite team input, and create a positive, high-performing environment where everyone can succeed.
