Job summary

Hungry Jack's is seeking an Assistant Manager for Mackay and surrounds to join the Restaurant Leadership Team. You will report to the Restaurant Manager and lead a team to deliver exceptional guest service in both service and production areas.

You will drive promotional activities, mentor staff, manage stock, and ensure merchandising and safety standards are upheld. The role offers career development, training, and progression opportunities within our growing network.

Assistant Managers - Mackay and surrounds

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager as part of the Restaurant Leadership Team (RLT), you will play a vital role in driving the success of your restaurant, bringing our values of "Guest Obsessed" and "People Power" to life. You will do this in the service and production areas of your restaurant, leading a team where guests are placed at the centre of the business, teamwork is essential to deliver on guests' expectations, and employees are empowered and encouraged to do their best work.
