Hungry Jack's Pty Ltd in Australia is seeking a Restaurant Leader to join the Restaurant Leadership Team, reporting to the Restaurant Manager. You will drive the restaurant's success by living our Guest Obsessed and People Power values in service and production areas, leading a team where guests come first and teamwork matters.

Responsibilities include executing promotional activities, developing and coaching staff, store merchandising, stock control and maintaining a safe working environment

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager as part of the Restaurant Leadership Team (RLT), you will play a vital role in driving the success of your restaurant, bringing our values of “Guest Obsessed” and “People Power” to life. You will do this in the service and production areas of your restaurant, leading a team where: Guests are placed at the centre of the business. Teamwork is essential to deliver on our guests’ expectations. Employees are empowered and encouraged to do their best work.

You will also be responsible for:

• Executing and monitoring promotional activities.
• Employee development and leadership.
• Store merchandising.
• Stock management and stock control.
• Maintaining a safe working environment for all team members and guests.
