The Laneway Social in East End, Adelaide, part of Endeavour Group, is hiring an Assistant Manager on a full-time basis to help lead the team and keep the venue buzzing for locals. Responsibilities include shifting leadership, guest energy, and smooth operations.

Base Salary $80,000 + Super + Bonus Scheme + Group Wide Discounts; RSA, RSG and RPas per state requirements are essential. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership and a strong customer focus.

• Must have RSA, RSG and RPas per state requirements.
• Experience supervising in bar, bistro or gaming room is preferred.
• Willing to lead a team and be the face of the pub when the boss is away.
• Able to perform physical tasks and manual handling as part of duties.

We're on the hunt for our next Assistant Manager to help keep the The Laneway Social, East Endbuzzing and loved by the locals.

The Laneway Social is Adelaide’s newest vibrant East End destination, blending modern dining with urban energy. From after-work drinks and date nights to weekend gatherings and milestone celebrations, we are where the city comes to taste, toast, and socialize. Join our team and help bring this exciting new venue to life.

A day in the life of an Assistant Manager:

• Get to know the locals so well they think you're part of the crew
• Support the Publican to keep the pub running smoothly, safely, and with a great vibe
• Learn the ropes of being a Publican while leading a team of absolute hospo legends
• Handle hiccups before they turn into headaches
• Bring the energy, the service, and the smiles every single shift

Inherent requirements:

This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

About you:

• You've been around the bar, bistro, or gaming room block, and maybe already done some supervising
• You've learned from great managers and now you're ready to step up
• You've got the confidence, pride, and people skills to be the face of the pub when the boss is away
• You've got a current RSA, RSG and RPas per state requirements
