Job summary

Golfview Hotel in Guildford, Western Sydney, is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations, support the Publican, and ensure top‑notch guest experiences with energy and warmth.

You’ll supervise a hospitality team, handle hiccups with poise, and be the face of the pub when the boss is away. RSA/RCG/ARCG licences are required; base salary AU$80,000 plus super, bonus scheme and group discounts.

Qualifications

• Hands-on leadership role requiring physical tasks (moving stock, kegs, deliveries).
• Experience supervising bar, bistro or gaming room operations preferred.
• RSA/RCG/ARCG licences required per state rules.

Responsibilities

• Get to know the locals so well they think you’re part of the crew.
• Support the Publican to keep the pub running smoothly, safely, and with a great vibe.
• Lead a team of hospitality staff while maintaining high service standards.
