Job summary

Golfview Hotel in Guildford, Western Sydney, is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead Front Desk operations and guest services in a hands-on, guest‑focused role.

You will supervise shifts across departments, support the Publican, handle guest requests, and ensure smooth hotel operations while maintaining brand standards. RSA and First Aid are required.

This role offers a base salary of AU$80,000 plus super, a bonus scheme, and group discounts within ALH Hotels network.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the hotel industry/Assistant Manager role or similar role.
• RSA and First Aid Training required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Front Desk operations and guest arrivals/departures.
• Lead shifts across departments and ensure smooth hotel operations.
• Supervise staff to maintain service standards and brand integrity.
• Coordinate with other departments on administration and hotel projects.
• Handle guest needs and complaints professionally and promptly.
