Job summary

Anaconda is seeking a Team Leader to drive exceptional customer experiences and lead a dynamic team in a large-format retail setting.

You will coach and motivate up to 20 team members, oversee service, sales, merchandising, and stock management, and take ownership of department performance. This is a full-time role with a focus on delivering outstanding results and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership role within a large-format retail environment.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team of up to 20 team members.
• Ability to understand sales trends, top sellers, key performers.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing high stock volume.
• Must have Full-Time availability across late nights and weekends.
• Full working rights within Australia.
• First Aid certified (or willing to be trained at our expense)
