Job summary

Prince Mark Hotel in Melbourne is seeking an Assistant Manager to help keep the venue buzzing and loved by locals. This hands-on role involves leading a team, ensuring safe, smooth operations, and delivering great vibes across shifts.

You should have experience in bar, bistro, or gaming environments, some supervisory background, and hold RSA, RCG, and Gaming Licence as required by the state. If you’re keen to learn and lead, we’d love to hear from you.

Qualifications

• Hands-on role with manual handling and lifting; ability to perform physical tasks safely.
• Current RSA, RCG and Gaming Licence as per state requirements.
• Some supervising experience or leadership exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Get to know locals so well they think you’re part of the crew.
• Support the Publican to keep the pub running smoothly, safely, and with a great vibe.
• Learn the ropes of being a Publican while leading a team of absolute hospo legends.
• Handle hiccups before they turn into headaches.
• Bring the energy, the service, and the smiles every single shift.
