ALH Hotels’ Prince Mark Hotel in Melbourne is seeking an Assistant Manager to help keep the pub buzzing and loved by locals. This hands-on leadership role supports the Publican, leads a team of hospitality professionals, and keeps service smooth, safe, and full of energy.

Qualifications

• Hands-on role with physical tasks and lifting.
• Experience in bar/bistro or gaming room environments.
• Ability to supervise and lead a team.
• Current RSA, RCG and Gaming Licence as per state rules.

Responsibilities

• Get to know locals and create a welcoming vibe for the pub.
• Support the Publican to run the venue smoothly, safely and energetically.
• Lead a team of hospitality staff and learn the Publican role.
• Resolve hiccups before they become issues.
• Bring energy, service and smiles on every shift.
